Jill and Becky chat about Caroline B. Cooney's 'The Cheerleader' (1992). Althea doesn't have any friends - or parents - but she does have a vampire that lives in her tower room. She longs for popularity, which the vampire can give in exchange for Althea's classmates. How far will she go to maintain her new cheerleader status? We find out!
